7-Day Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Conditions for Replacement
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Since most orders are placed under our "First Check, Then Pay" option, refunds are typically not required as payment is made only after inspecting the product. For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
1 Year Machine Warranty
Our watches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the watch mechanism. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless explicitly stated as water-resistant), or normal wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging, are not eligible for replacement.
