1. What is "First Check, Then Pay"?
This is our cash-on-delivery option. It means our courier will let you inspect your watch at the time of delivery before you make the payment — so you only pay once you're satisfied with the product.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

4. Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the watch mechanism. This does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless stated as water-resistant), or normal wear and tear.

5. Can I return or replace my order?
Yes, we offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

6. How do I request a replacement?

7. How can I track my order?
